This wasn’t what I expected – Good or Bad?

Amazing staff treated my family well! Enjoyed the great variety of food, especially at the Asian and Italian restaurants. Fun nightly entertainment! Need to book dining ahead, but worth it!

I faced service issues, especially with room cleanliness and air conditioning! Was disappointed by the response when I lost a valuable item, making my stay less enjoyable than anticipated!

Beautiful property and amazing staff like Freddie, but lack of beach chairs was an issue.

The family junior suite was awesome! It had a bunk bed for the kids, comfy beds, and a nice balcony overlooking the pool. Loved the mini water park and the foam party! The staff were super friendly, especially Jerry. The gardens were well-kept and easy to stroll around with kids. Food was decent, too.

Beautiful Beach with Family-friendly Amenities

We truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property! The beach is one of the best in Punta Cana, with clear waters and soft white sand, perfect for relaxation and play. The kids club was a hit with our family, providing plenty of fun activities, though we wished the pathways from the hotel areas to the beach were a bit shorter.

Our stay felt secure, and we loved the swim-up room for the kids. The mini water park provided endless fun, and the beach seating accommodated our family comfortably. While I wished for better dining options, the cute staff made every moment enjoyable.

We had a swim out room which was a lifesaver with the kids! The family club staff actually went out of their way to set up a crib before we even arrived, talk about being prepared!

It did cost a pretty penny overall but I guess it was worth it.

My kids wished the shuttle service to the beach was more organized, as it got a bit chaotic and hard to navigate at times.

The beautifully maintained gardens added a serene touch, perfect for leisurely strolls. The pathways were easy to navigate, making it accessible and enjoyable for us seniors to explore the lovely surroundings without any hassle.

The mini water park was a total hit with the kids, keeping them entertained for hours! We loved the delicious variety of food at the buffets, and the fresh coconuts delivered to our room added a special touch. Plus, the beach was fine-clean with plenty of cozy sun loungers for lounging and relaxing!
